KØDBYENS FISKEBAR
The meat town's best restaurant. As simple as that can be said. This fish restaurant is not only the best in Kødbyen, but ranks high on the list of the best restaurants in Copenhagen. It's not cheap here, but the level justifies the price.

PATÉ PATÉ
Paté Paté is owned by Husted vin, and is therefore both a restaurant and a wine bar. The food is good and the prices extremely reasonable. Be prepared for a full restaurant where the atmosphere is always at its best.

MOTHER
This institution in Kødbyen was one of the first restaurants to open here. And it has literally been full ever since. The pizzas are delicious, but we would also recommend their weekend brunch. Mother has never disappointed. Except when we haven't been able to get a table.

CAMINO
A fire-based restaurant with a penchant for the Spanish-French cuisine. Here, you can get snacks, main courses and larger portions for sharing. In addition, a large selection of cocktails - a good choice for a restaurant if you want to have a good atmosphere before an evening into the city life of Copenhagen.

GORILLA
An atmospheric restaurant with a lively atmosphere, as they describe it themselves. If you eat your dinner here at the weekend, you don't actually have to move on, as one end of the restaurant is transformed into a dance floor in the late hours. There is plenty of good atmosphere and good drinks in glasses and pitchers at Gorilla.

MASSERIA

If you love pasta, you must visit Masseria. Here they specialize in fresh pasta and it comes in several delicious versions. However, they couldn't resist making a selection of delicious starters and main courses antipasti style, so there is something for everyone. Share more to taste more! The dishes come as they are ready. Enjoy your dinner in surroundings that embrace both Danish and Italian coziness.

FLEISCH

At restaurant Fleisch in Kødbyen, there is plenty of room for the big arm movements.They play with the old familiars of the art of cooking and this applies to the entire menu: the food is simple, the dishes are rustic, and they take pride in putting what they think tastes good on the plate. They are open for both lunch and dinner. The lunch is dedicated to Kødbyen's smørrebrød traditions. Here, delicacies and cold cuts come into their own in a meaty mouthful. CHICKY GRILL
Chicky Grill serves Danish comfort food in large portions at small prices. This little biks has been on Halmtorvet since 1978, and you can feel it when you step inside. The place has a unique, old-fashioned feel, and the food is what you'd expect to get at grandma's: roast pork, fish fillets, potatoes with brown gravy and bisque food.

ÅBEN

ÅBEN ÅBEN Brewery, Tank Bar & Restaurant is situated in the heart of Copenhagen's Meatpacking District (Kødbyen). The beer is being brewed at the brewery just behind the bar. When the beer is finished, it flows directly to one of the 14 tanks hanging from the roof and into your glass. As fresh as it gets. As a guest, you eat and drink in between and underneath large vessels of beer while having full visibility of the kitchen and brewery. Every Thursday to Saturday you can enjoy dinner from selected POP UP restaurants. Keep a look out for events and new menus. The kitchen is open from 17.30-22.00.

GAZA GRILL

At Gaza Grill, you will find a large à la carte menu consisting of organic, Arabic dishes. We know from experience that it can be difficult to choose between all the delicious options on the menu and it is therefore perfect to share family style so that you can taste you through several dishes together. There's a pleasant atmosphere and good service. At the weekends, you can expect DJs who provide good music for your meal: soul, funk, bellydance disco and a hint of desert climate.
